KA171 Student Mobility for Studies
Students who have been selected by their institution to study at BTU within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA107/171 Mobility for Studies Programme will need to fill in the documents below before the beginning of their mobility.
- 3- The minimum stay at BTU is 90 days (weekends included) in order to be eligible for a grant but students will be expected to stay in Türkiye for 4 and a half to 5 months (The duration of the semester). The student can discuss the courses that are available at the department he/she will be studying with the relevant Erasmus Departmental Coordinator.

- 6- Transcript of records from your university.
- 7- Participants need to subscribe a Health Insurance for the duration of their stay in Türkiye.
- 8- A copy of your travelling documents to Türkiye (Plane or bus tickets / bill).
- 9- Students who need help with accommodation, please contact the Erasmus Office (erasmus@btu.edu.tr) as soon as possible so that they can get some information about the available dormitories near the university.
- 10- In order to be able to pay your grant upon your arrival in Türkiye, the participant will need to open a bank account in Bursa. In order to do so, all participants need to apply for a tax number online as it is compulsory to open a bank account. A copy of the above-mentioned documents should be sent by email (erasmus@btu.edu.tr) before the mobility in order to receive a letter of acceptance and to prepare the grant payment documents.
