Academic staff selected by their institutions to visit BTU within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA107/171 Programme will need to fill in the documents below before their mobility:

• 1- Mobility Agreement for Teaching: A compulsory 8 hours of teaching should appear on the programme.

• 2- Copy of Passport. 

• 3- A valid Health Insurance policy for the duration of your stay in Türkiye. 

• 4- Application Form

• 5- A copy of your travelling documents to Türkiye (Plane or bus tickets / bill). 

A copy of the above-mentioned documents should be sent by email (erasmus@btu.edu.tr) before the mobility in order to receive a letter of invitation and to prepare the grant payment documents.
