Erasmus Without Paper - EWP
What is the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) project? |
Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) is a project co-funded by the the European Commission aiming to bring Erasmus administration into the 21st century by going digital.
Erasmus without Paper is about:
- Replacing a paper-based workflow by a digital one.
- Tackling the administrative workload for students and staff.
- Creating free public infrastructure.
- Streamlining technical solutions for student mobility.
What does this mean for BTU personnel and students? |
As of 2021 Mobility Agreements, Higher Education Institutions are expected to follow the new protocols which they are obliged to follow according to the ECHE 2021-2027:
- Learning Agreements will be filled and signed online by the student using the Online Learning Agreement (OLA): learning-agreement.eu

- The Erasmus+ Mobile App is a students' single point of entry into the Erasmus+ programme. The App will provide a broad range of information, tools and services to help students plan and carry out their exchange, supporting a first rate mobility experience. - The Erasmus Dashboard provides the basic functionality needed to manage the mobility processes of Erasmus+. The Erasmus Office and Departmental Coordinators will be able to access, manage and approve/reject learning agreements filled online by their students. Click here to access the Erasmus Dashboard.
